• 1tbsp oil •Whole spices (1star anise, 2cardamom, 1 cinnamon) • 1cup chopped /4medium size tomato • 1/4th cup cashew’s • 2to3 Kashmiri chilli • 1tbsp red chilli powder • 1tsp salt • 1tsp turmeric powder • 1cup water • 1tbsp oil • 1cup capsicum • 1/2cup green peas • 2cup French beans • 2t03 green chilli • 1tsp salt • Itsp red chilli powder •1/2tsp garam masala • 1tsp sugar • 150 gms paneer

First, add a little oil into a pan, then add the spices, chopped tomatoes, red chillies, jeera and saute the ingredients.

Add little water and let this gravy reduce and simmer. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then, add green peas, French beans, capsicum and green chillies into a blender and make a coarse mixture.

Cool the tomato mixture, remove the coarse spices and make a paste into it. Combine the green and red paste and cook them together.

Balance the gravy with salt and sugar and add the paneer into it. Cook it well and finally garnish with cream and coriander.
