– 2 cups of water – 1 ½ cups of glutinous sticky white rice (rinsed) – 2 cups of coconut milk – 1 cup of white sugar – ¾ teaspoon of salt – 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch – 3 fresh mangoes (sliced) – 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds (toasted)

Step 1: In a pan, mix water and rice and then bring to a boil.

Next, cover and simmer for almost 20 minutes or until the water completely evaporates. Keep it aside.

In another pan, bring ½ cup of coconut milk, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil Step over medium heat. Keep it aside.

Now, it is time to mix these two products and set it aside for an hour.

For the sauce, cook the rest of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 of a teaspoon salt, and tapioca starch in a pan until the mixture thickens.

For plating the dish, take some sticky rice and arrange the mango slices on top.

Then, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle sesame seeds and enjoy!
