Pankaj Tripathi hails from Bihar. We couldn't skip talking about Bihar’s sattu! It is a popular non-alcoholic drink in Bihar. It is a flour made from dry roasting and grounding barley or Bengal gram.

Sattu Black Salt Jeera Powder Lemon Juice Water

Take a glass of chilled water and add 2 tbsp of sattu. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Now, add a pinch of jeera powder for some earthy flavour to it.

Then add black salt according to taste.

Lastly, add a few drops of lemon juice to elevate the drink.
