This homemade potato chip recipe is easy, made with minimal oil and ingredients, and can be made in a microwave in just 6 minutes!
Red potatoes Oil Salt
1. Take the red potatoes and thinly slice them on a slicer. 2. Wash them twice to remove the starch.
3. Let it dry for some time on a cloth. 4. Then, brush a little bit of oil on the potatoes.
5. Sprinkle salt on the potatoes for some flavour. 6. Put them in the microwave for 4 minutes.
7. Flip the potatoes and then microwave them again for 2 more minutes. 8. Let them cool down.
And that’s it, your crispy microwave potato chips are ready to be enjoyed!
