A Delish Mango Mousse Recipe

Diya Shah, a food vlogger from Ahmedabad shared a recipe for a high protein Mango Mousse.

Ingredients 

-60 gm of fresh crumbled paneer - At least 1 mango - 4 cardamoms (optional) -3 tbsp of jaggery powder (or any sweetener)

Step 1 

Scoop a mango and keep the peels which will be used for serving later. Freeze the shells for a couple of hours.

Add the scooped mango, crumbled paneer, cardamom powder and jaggery into a blender.

Step 2

Blend the ingredients into a smooth textured mousse.

Remove the frozen mango shells and pour the mango mousse in it. You can garnish with pistachio or dry fruits.
