-60 gm of fresh crumbled paneer - At least 1 mango - 4 cardamoms (optional) -3 tbsp of jaggery powder (or any sweetener)

Scoop a mango and keep the peels which will be used for serving later. Freeze the shells for a couple of hours.

Blend the ingredients into a smooth textured mousse.
