-1 tbsp of ghee -1/2 cup of milk powder (can use ready-made Mawa) -1/4 cup of milk -3-4 tbsp of sugar -1/2 tsp of cardamom powder -Food color

First, add ghee, milk powder, cardamom and milk in a pan and cook over low flame.

Keep mixing till it forms a dough and let it cool down.

Separate the dough into three portions and add the three different food colours.

Add little portions of the three coloured dough balls into the modak mould.

Tightly press the mould and then open it and you'll see your Rainbow Modak is perfectly formed.
