• 1/2 cup Bajra Dalia • 3 tbsp Ghee • 4 cups Boiling Water • Salt

• Wash bajra dalia thoroughly and dry it before grinding it into a coarse powder.

• Next add ghee to a pan and fry the bajra powder till you get the aroma.

• Then, add boiling water and salt according to the taste, and cook for some time. • Make sure to cover the pan while letting the bajra cook.

• In between, keep stirring the dish as well. • Once cooked well, add some ghee and serve hot. You can even relish it wish Matar Ki Sabzi.
