Atithi Sarwade has a delicious Paneer Tikka recipe that doesn't require a grill or barbeque set-up.

1/2 Cup of Hung Curd 2 tsp of Roasted Besan Salt as per taste 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder 1 tsp of Coriander powder 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala 1 tbsp of Ginger-garlic paste 1 tspi of Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp of Kasuri Methi Some chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp of Hot Mustard Oil 1/2 Onion, petals 1/2 Capsicum, cubed 7 cubes of Paneer Burnt Charcoal 1 tsp of Ghee

First, mix hung curd, roasted besan, ginger garlic paste and the spices together.

Then, add hot mustard oil, chaat masala, chilli powder, kasuri methi and chopped coriander.

Mix the marination well and then add the paneer cubes and the chopped veggies and make sure it's coated well.

Make a small hole and place a metal bowl with charcoal and hot ghee on it. This way, your paneer and vegetables will get a nice smoky flavour. Cover with a lid for 10 to 15 minutes.

Finally, add the paneer and veggies to a skewer and roast it over the gas. You can cook on a non-stick pan too.
