Make restaurant-like Rice Paper Rolls at home thanks to Sneha Singhi Upadhyaya's recipe.

1 tbsp of oil 1 tbsp of garlic 1 tbsp of ginger 1/2 carrot 1/4 red bell pepper 4-5 mushrooms 1/4 cup of brocolli 50 gm of tofu Handful of spring onion 1 tbsp of light soy sauce 1 tbsp of chilli oil 5-6 rice papers

First, heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.

Add the veggies and tofu to the pan. Next, pour a little soy sauce and chilli oil into the pan.

Once the veggies are sauteed, wet rice papers in water.

Add the fillings into the rice paper and fold them into the rolls.

Add little oil into the pan and saute the rice paper rolls and you're dish is ready to be devoured.
