Chef Kirti Bhoutika shared a recipe for Sabudana Dumpling or Thailand's Sago Dumplings.

- 1 cup of sabudana -Oil -Carrots -Cabbage -Beans -Garlic -Chilli sauce -Light soy sauce -Salt -Pepper -Grated tofu -Chopped peanuts -Jaggery

First, soak a cup of sabudana in hot water for 2 to 3 hours.

Then, knead this into a soft and sticky dough and make it as thin as possible.

Next, heat a pan with opil and add finely chopped veggies. Then, add the sauces, peanuts, jaggery and grated tofu to make the filling.

Then, place the filling in the centre of the flattened dough and wrap up the dumplings.

Steam these dumplings for 15 minutes.
