Common in Maharashtra, Ladi Pav is a delicious evening snack. Diya Shah has a Ladi Pav recipe which doesn't need maida or yeast.

250 g of whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp of salt 1.5 tbsp of milk powder 1.5 tsp of powdered sugar 1/4 tsp of baking powder 2 tbsp of oil 1 cup of curd 2 tsp of blue Eno

First, sieve and mix the flour, salt, milk powder, baking powder and powdered sugar.

Next, make a hole in the centre and add the oil, curd and Eno into it.

Knead it into a dough and make small dough balls out of it.

Brush the dough balls with milk and place it in the baking tray to rest for 1.5 hours.

Bake the dough balls for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C. When it's done, brush it with milk and your Ladi Pav is ready!
