Ingredients 

•1/2 cup of freshly grated Coconut •1/4th tsp of Mustard •3-4 Tbsps of water •3/4th cup of Dahi •1 cup of chopped Pineapple •1/4th cup of Water •1/4th inch of Ginger •Salt as per taste •3-4 Green Chillies •1 tsp of Jaggery •1/8th tsp of Turmeric •3 tsps of Coconut oil •1 tsp of Mustard seeds •2 dried Red Chillies •Curry Leaves

Step 1 

First chop pineapple into small cubes.

Cook the pineapple over medium heat with green chillies, ginger, turmeric and water.

Then, blend grated coconut, mustard seeds and water.

Add the blended paste and jaggery with the pineapples and cook it.  Then, add curd.
