1 cup corn 4-6 medium sized potatoes 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp bread crumbs Masala 1/2 roasted ground cumin 1 tsp Amchur 1 tsp chat masala 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp chilli flakes Salt pepper Cheese ( optional)

First, boil corn kernels and keep it aside.Also, pressure cook the potatoes and mash them.

Add some corn flour and bread crumbs and bring it together like a patty dough.

In a pan on low heat, add the boiled corn, butter and the mentioned masala and saute it.

Shape the potato mixture like small round balls and make holes in the middle. Fill the holes with the corn stuffing and cheese.
