450 gm of prawn Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp of Garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp of Parsley finely chopped 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp of garlic powder Chilli flakes as per taste 2 tbsp of lime juice 2 tbsp of Olive oil 1 tbsp of Dried Oregano

Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Marinate your prawns in fresh coriander, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, chilli flakes and garlic powder.

Add salt and pepper., oregano, olive oil and squeeze lime juice on the prawns and mix well with your hands to absorb the marinade.

Slowly, add the prawns on a skewer.

Pan fry the prawns on medium heat, cooking them for one minute on each side. Brush the prawns with the marinade. Your Chimichurri Prawns are ready!
