Sabudana Vada At Home

This recipe is loaded with veggies, doesn’t require frying, and only has 63 Kcal per vada. So, don’t think twice before making it!

Ingredients  

Grated ginger Chopped chilli Bell peppers Spinach Cabbage 1/3 cup soaked sabudana Crumbled paneer Powdered peanuts Carrot Fresh coriander Cumin powder Chilli powder Coriander powder Salt Grated cheese Oil

Sabudana Vada Recipe

1. In a pan take a little oil and add ginger and green chilli to it. 2. Next, add some bell peppers, chopped spinach, and cabbage. 3. Saute it until moisture evaporates. 

Follow These Steps

4. Once your veggies cool down, mix them with the soaked sabudana. 5. Also, add some grated carrots, chopped coriander, crumbled paneer, crushed peanuts, cumin powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Shape & Add Cheese

6. Bring it all together and make sure to mash well. 7. Now, shape them into small balls and stuff them with some cheese.

Time To Cook

8. To cook them, brush an appe pan with some oil and place the vadas in it. 9. Cover and cook them for 6-7 minutes on each side over medium to high flame and you’re done.

Serve Hot & Enjoy
