Make These Yummy Desserts At Home To Celebrate Raksha Bandhan

Celebrations always call for relishing delightful desserts and Raksha Bandhan is surely the best day to devour lots of desserts and sweets. Here are some delish desserts that you can prepare easily at home.

The richness of this Indian dessert tastes heavenly. Here's how to make it at home. 1. Firstly, prepare chhena by pouring vinegar into boiled milk. 2. Once the solidified curdled milk is prepared, wash it properly with cold water. 

1. Ras Malai

3. Knead the chhena softly, form round shapes, and boil in sugar syrup. 4. To make the milky and flavouful ras/ rabri, boil milk on a medium flame and add saffron strands. 5. Stir the boiling milk and add sugar. Make sure to cook in medium flame and stir after every 2 minutes. 6. Dip the chhena balls in the rabri for some time and the dessert is ready to be served.

All you need is milk, ghee, lemon juice, and sugar to make this sweet. 1. Boil milk in low flame till the quantity reduces to half. Keep stirring in between else it might get stuck to the pan.

2. The next step is to prepare curdled milk and for that, add some lemon juice to the boiled milk. Keep stirring the milk even after it has curdled. This step is important to get the classic milk cake texture. 3. Next, add sugar to it and keep stirring until the milk turns brown and gets a dense consistency. 4. Now grease a large plate with ghee and pour the cooked milk on it. Keep it aside for at least a day and then cut in pieces and enjoy!

Indian festivities are incomplete without this yummy sweet. 1. Take a bowl and add flour, mawa, cardamom powder, paneer, and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients properly and knead using a desired quantity of milk.

2. Once the dough is ready, divide it into small portions and shape them well. 3. Now fry all the dough balls in hot oil on a medium flame. Fry them till you see that crisp golden brown colour. 4. Once the fried balls cool down for a few minutes, pour them slowly in sugar syrup. Keep them aside for at least an hour and gulab jamuns are ready to be served.

If you are in the mood to make something unique, tiramisu is a great option. 1. Take some cream and add sugar and vanilla extract to it. Whisk everything nicely for a smooth texture. 2. Next add mascarpone and whisk once again for a smooth and thick consistency.

3. Now dunk ladyfingers in cold coffee for 2-3 seconds and add a layer of them to a bowl to form the base. 4. It's time to layer, layer, and layer. Add the cream mousse to the ladyfingers and repeat the layers of ladyfingers and mousse one by one. 6. Take some cocoa powder and dust all over the top layer. Next, put it inside the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 7. Tadaa! Tiramisu is ready to be served.
