Place the mini pizza rounds on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each round. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each round and spread it evenly, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each mini pizza. Then, add your favourite toppings, such as pepperoni, diced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, or olives.

Lightly season the mini pizzas with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, if desired. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each pizza for added flavour and to help the toppings cook evenly.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the mini pizzas for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Once baked, remove the mini pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Transfer them to a serving platter and garnish with fresh basil leaves or additional grated cheese, if desired.
