Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients

300g Greek yoghurt 50ml honey 2 tbsp cornflour 2 eggs

Yoghurt Cake Recipe

1. In a big bowl, take some yoghurt, two eggs, honey, and corn flour. 2. Mix it well until you get a smooth consistency.

Follow These Steps

3. Take a 6-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper. 4. Pour the cake batter into the dish.

Baking Time

5. Cover the dish with some foil paper 6. Bake it at 180° C for 50 mins. Remember to remove the foil after  20 minutes.

7. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. 8. Transfer it to a plate and let the parchment paper stay. 9. Pop the cake in the fridge for two hours, and you’re done.
