Ingredients: • 1½ cups sugar • 10 eggs • Drops of white vinegar (optional) • Drops of almond extract (optional) • 250ml thick cream • 5 tsp vanilla essence • 2½ cups powdered milk • 5 cups water • ¼ cup rosewater + a few saffron threads or a pinch of saffron powder • 1 tsp ground cardamom • 1 cup sugar for the caramel layer
To caramelize the sugar, melt it until golden and put in a pan.
Using a mixer beat sugar, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, and almond extract together until a smooth batter is formed.

Time to whisk in thick cream, powdered milk, and water.
Mix both mixture and batter together and blend and fold.

Add rosewater, saffron, and cardamom to the liquid mixture.

Now layer the caramel in the pan and fill next with the liquid till the brim.

Bake at 160°C for 30–40 minutes.
