What You Need

Taro root or arbi, ajwain, hing, coriander, green chilli, red chili turmeric, salt, ghee, oil.

Peel your arbi. Make sure you oil your hands first.

Thoroughly wash it to get rid of its stickiness.

Cut the arbi into elongated pieces.

Heat some ghee in a pan and add hing and ajwain to it. Then add the arbi and let it cook.

In the meantime, cut an onion.

When the arbi takes on a golden hue, add tumeric, red chilli and the chopped onions to it.
