-2 medium-sized Potatoes (boiled) -1 large onion -1 cup curd -Few sprigs mint/pudina -2 green chillies -Salt to taste -1/2 tsp Red Chilli pdr -1 tsp roasted cumin/jeera powder -1/2 tsp black salt -1/2 tsp Chaat masala -Fresh coriander leaves for garnish -1 tsp Oil

For the tadka - -2 tsp oil -1/2 tsp Jeera -1/2 tsp Hing -Few Curry Leaves

Slice the onions & chop the boiled potatoes.

Pound mint leaves, green chillies, salt till you get a rough paste.

Roast the potatoes in a little oil with red chilli powder & keep aside.

Whisk curd, add onions, potatoes, mint masala, jeera powder, chaat masala, kala namak, dhania & mix well.

Prepare a tadka of jeera, hing, curry leaves pour on top, mix.
