1. Blend some soaked urad dal and add rice flour, ginger, chopped green chilies, salt, and coriander.

2. Now form small balls from the batter and deep fry them in medium heat.

3. For the rasam, take a pan and dry roast coriander seeds, toor dal, and dried red chili. Then mix everything in a grinder to get a powder.

4. Take a pan and add some quantity of oil to it. In the heated oil, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin, tamarind pulp, salt, sugar, and chopped tomatoes.

5. Once everything is cooked well, add about a cup of toor dal and 3 cups of water. Then add the rasam powder and make sure to add the quantity according to your preferred taste.

6. Boil for a couple of minutes and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
