A box of delicious homemade pinni was waiting for Malaika even before she reached her room.

On Malaika's trip to New Delhi, she is staying at the Taj Mahal.
1. To prepare this traditional Punjabi sweet, start by soaking some urad dal for at least an hour. Grind the soaked dal and add a very small quantity of water, only if it is required.

2. Next, take a pan and heat some ghee in it. It's time to add all the ingredients. Add gram flour, semolina, and wheat flour and mix everything for 7-8 minutes on a low heat. 3. Next, add the paste of soaked dal and cook for at least 30 minutes. 4. Then, add some grated khoya to the pan and cook for another few minutes.

5. Before switching off the gas, add some cardamom powder and sugar syrup and cook until the mixture absorbs everything and gets a dry texture. 6. Lastly, sprinkle some almonds and let the mixture cool down completely. 7. Shape pinni in desired shapes and enjoy.
