Her Monday breakfast was a mix-and-match of healthy food items. She added some guac to a moong dal chilla and also topped it with a fried egg.

1. Making moong dal chilla is pretty simple. Add salt, turmeric powder, chopped onions, ginger, chillies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and water to soaked dal paste. Fry the batter on a heated tawa.

2. Take a mashed ripe avocado and add chopped onions, coriander leaves, tomatoes, salt, and lemon juice, and mix everything. Lastly, drizzle some olive oil on the guac.

3. Fried egg is surely the easiest recipe here. Take a pan and heat some oil in it and fry the egg.
