MasterChef contestant Aruna Vijay dropped an easy-peasy recipe to make yummy Rice Cheese Balls at home. Are you ready to learn to cook it?

• To make crispy rice cheese balls, mix boiled rice, mashed potatoes, finely chopped beans and carrots, salt, ginger chilli paste, and some Italian seasoning.

• Once kneaded well, take small portions on oil-greased palms and flatten them gently.

• Put a cheese cube inside and seal the edges properly without breaking the balls.

• In the next step, shape them into balls, dip them in a slurry of flour and water, and coat them in breadcrumbs.

• Lastly deep fry them on medium-low flame and enjoy!
