In a recent Instagram reel, the chef shared how to cook Khichu. It is a Gujarati traditional papad dough and is also known as Chawal ka Dhokla.

• To make this delish snack, start by adding cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, salt, and papad nu khar in boiling water.

• Add rice flour slowly and mix everything properly. Make sure that there are no lumps once you are done mixing everything using a spatula or whisk.

• In the next step, pour the dish into a steamer and steam for around 10-12 minutes.

• Once cooked perfectly, serve the deliciousness with some groundnut oil and pickle masala.
