MasterChef contestant Aruna Vijay shared a simple recipe to cook delicious soft and fluffy Ramassery Idly easily at home. Follow the steps if you wish to learn it.

• 3 cups Idly Rice • 1 cup Urad Dal • 1 tsp Methi

• In the first process, soak some methi with urad dal for at least 3 hours. • In another bowl, soak rice separately.

• Once soaked well, grind methi and urad dal. • The, grind soaked rice as well. • Once the pastes are ready, mix both well and let it ferment overnight.

• To make fluffy Ramassery idly, put the batter on a wet cotton cloth and place it on a sieve-like net. • Next, steam it in an earthen pot.
