Nayanjyoti Prepares Sunflower Tart
The MasterChef India winner prepared Sunflower Tart which looks Instagram-worthy.
Nayanjyoti's tart has a chocolate and sunflower seed tart base. It's filled with sunflower seeds frangipane. There's milk chocolate ganache and sunflower seeds praline. The petals are made of white chocolate.
Sunflower Seeds Frangipane Recipe!
The MasterChef India winner shared the recipe for the sunflower seed frangipane, a French custard that goes in tarts
55g Sunflower Seeds 35g Caster Sugar 50g Butter (salted) 1 Egg
Mix the butter, sugar and egg and set this wet mixture aside.
Next, toast sunflower seeds and blend them into a coarse powder. Add this sunflower powder into the wet mixture.
Fill the tart with the sunflower seeds frangipane and bake it for 25 min at 180•c.
