What Do They Eat?

Their post-monsoon diet consists of soft bark from Tendu, Sàaj, and Kasai. Eventually, the soft seeds inside the hard-winged Saaj fruit are primarily consumed until winter.

Where To Find?

Satpura marks the northern extremities of this and several other species, and is the only area to find Indian Giant Squirrels in Madhya Pradesh.
