If you are tired of eating the same basic paneer tikkas and chutney all the time, it is time to try out this unique recipe shared by Chef Natasha Gandhi.

• Start preparing for Pink Paneer Tikka by making a marination of many ingredients. Take a mixing bowl and add hung curd, ghee, ginger garlic paste, grated cheese, cumin powder, kasuri methi, salt, garam masala, aamchur powder, and coriander powder. Also, add some beetroot puree to get the desired pink colour.

• Next, add paneer cubes, diced capsicums, and diced onions to the marinade. Gently coat each of the pieces well.

Follow These Steps:

• In the next step, place hot coal in a small bowl and add some ghee to it. Keep it inside the large marinated bowl and cover it with a lid as soon as possible. Let it sit aside for about 10 minutes.

• Take skewers and insert all the veggies and paneer cubes in them.

• You can simply cook them on an open flame. Make sure to turn and twist every skewer often so that nothing gets burnt. You can even add some ghee for an additional kick of flavours.
