• Take peeled avocados and mash them well using a food processor or even a mortar and pestle for better results. If you like your dip to be a bit chunky, you can even use a fork too.

• Next, add some lemon juice, black pepper powder, and salt, and give it all a nice mix. • Then, add some chopped onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Once you are done mixing everything, your Avocado Dip is ready!

• Begin the process by chopping vegetables. Cut tomatoes and remove seeds. Cut onions into chunks, chillies, and some coriander leaves as well.

• Next take a food processor to chop onions. Next, add tomatoes, chillies, coriander leaves, salt, and sugar. Use the processor to mix everything and make the salsa.

• Take a pan and add some butter and flour to it. Mix until a thick sauce forms. • Next, add some milk to the mixture and whisk in low flame. Cook until you get a dense texture.

• Next, turn off the gas and add cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese melts. • Once the sauce is ready, season it with some salt, pepper, and chilli powder.
