On National Brownie Day, Independence Brewing Company has shared a recipe story on Fudgy Walnut Brownies. Take a look!

Dark Chocolate (200 Gm), Butter Unsalted (225 Gm), Flour (160 Gm), Eggs (4 No), Baking Powder (6 Gm), Cocoa Powder (110 Gm), Vanilla Essence (15 Ml), Castor Sugar (200 Gm), Brown Sugar (200 Gm), Salt (4 Gm), Walnut (50 Gm) and Chocolate chip (75 Gm)

Set oven temperature to 180°C. Use nonstick cooking spray to grease the 9-by-9 baking pan. Put the pan aside after lining it with parchment paper.

Whisk together brown sugar, castor sugar, and melted butter in a sizable mixing dish. Mix until the sugar has dissolved.

After adding, blend in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth. Add melted dark chocolate and fold.

Sift flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, walnuts, and Choco Chips into a mixing bowl. Stir until just combined. Spread evenly into a prepared pan.

Bake the brownies on the middle rack of the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until they are just set to the touch.

Avoid overcooking the brownies to prevent them from becoming crumbly and dry. Let it cool down before slicing them into the appropriate portions.
