Skyview By Empyrean's Chef Anoop Kumar shared a recipe for Peanut and Almond Darbari Kebab. It's perfect for devotees fasting during Navratri. Here's how you can make it at home.

• Ghee • Roasted almonds • Roasted peanuts • Boiled potatoes • Cottage cheese • Sendha salt • Chopped ginger • Jeera powder • Chopped coriander leaves • Singhada atta

• Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a wok and temper cumin seeds. Next, add ginger, chopped almonds, chopped peanuts, cottage cheese, boiled potatoes, singhada atta, and salt.

• Cook these ingredients on a medium flame for around 5 minutes till you get a brown colour. Then, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.

• Next, divide the atta mixture into small portions. Shape and flatten them gently.

• Heat ghee in a frying pan and fry the kebabs on a low flame.
Cook till crisp and brown. Garnish Peanut and Almond Darbari Kebabs with chopped coriander leaves and serve them hot with your favourite savoury chutney.
