Netflix Re-Opens The Historic Egyptian Theatre After 3 Years Of $70-Million Restoration

The Hollywood Boulevard movie palace, Egyptian theatre, went under restoration three years ago.

The newly refurbished theatre will be opening its doors on November 09, 2023 David Fincher’s “The Killer.”

Netflix is the new owner of the theatre along with American Cinematheque as its partner.

It has a 50 foot screen and has a capacity of 1,397 people at a time. It also has the facility of wheelchair seats.

It has cutting-edge projections, flexible lighting, extensive live event capabilities and Dolby Atmos sound.

It will host live events and exhibits on weeknights. Its a chance to celebrate film artists and films together.
