Chef Guntas Sethi shared the recipe for High-Protein Masoor Dal Pizza, which is light, wholesome, and absolutely delicious.
1.5 cup red masoor daal 2 cups water 3 garlic cloves Salt 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Pizza sauce Chopped zucchini Chopped red bell peppers Chopped yellow bell peppers Shredded cheese Black olives Chilli flakes

1. Wash the dal and soak it for a few hours.
2. Transfer it to a blender and add garlic cloves, salt, Italian seasoning, along with some water. 3. Blend to make a smooth batter.
4. Grease a tawa with some oil, add the batter and cook on both sides, just like you’d make a chilla.
5. On one side, add some pizza sauce and all the veggies.
6. Add lots of cheese and cover the tawa to let it cook on slow-medium heat till the cheese is melted.
