• Add curd to a bowl and beat thoroughly until you get a smooth texture. Add beaten curd and chopped bottle gourd to a mixing bowl.

• Next, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil for tadka. Pour it over the curd and the bottle gourd raita is ready to be served.
