She said that ghee is good for your health and adding at least a teaspoon of ghee in your lunch can help you beat the afternoon slump.

She says adding a small dose of essential fat, fibre, and micronutrients, but more importantly, diversity and deliciousness can make a difference.

Rujuta also added in the post that an afternoon slump is not the same as a nap. The slump refers to a low feeling that starts post-lunch and continues well up to late evening. She rather recommends taking a 15-20 min nap in the afternoon to feel fresh.
