Raw Banana Long Beans Cucumber Tindore Carrot Suran Drumstick Coconut 1 cup

1 tsp Cumin Green chillies Salt Potato Coconut oil 1tsp

1. Add coconut, green chillies, salt and cumin in a grinder to make a smooth paste. 2. Boil all the vegetables together for 7 minutes.

3. Now add the coconut paste to the veggies and boil for 5 minutes. 4. Add coconut oil, switch off flame and add yogurt.

5. Take a tempering pan, add oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, urad dal, dried red chillies and hing. 6. Add tempering tp the dish.
