• 3/4 cup besan • 1/2 cup rice flour • 1 tsp ajwain • 1/4 tsp hing • 1 tsp jeera powder • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • Salt • 3/4 cup water • Curry leaves • Oil

Ingredients

• Whisked curd • Green chutney • Imli Chutney • Cumin powder • Black salt • Red chilli powder • Chopped coriander • Pomegranate • Beetroot

• For the chaat recipe, prepare a thin consistency batter by mixing besan, rice flour, salt, ajwain, hing, jeera powder, turmeric powder, and water.

• Add fresh curry leaves to the batter and coat each leaf nicely.

• Next, deep fry batter-coated leaves in hot oil until they turn crunchy and crispy.
