• 3/4 cup besan • 1/2 cup rice flour • 1 tsp ajwain • 1/4 tsp hing • 1 tsp jeera powder • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • Salt • 3/4 cup water • Curry leaves • Oil

• For the chaat recipe, prepare a thin consistency batter by mixing besan, rice flour, salt, ajwain, hing, jeera powder, turmeric powder, and water.
