 Consuming sugary drinks and alcohol during Diwali may have left you dehydrated. So, go back to the basics and increase your water intake with atleast 3-4 litres of water.

After overindulging for days, it's time to give your tummy a rest. Eat light homecooked meals like khichdi or daliya.

To flush off toxins from the body, you need to increase fibre intake. Include more fibrous fruits and veggies in your diet.
