If you have quit sugar, don't worry! Make these sugar-free Nuts and Seeds Laddus, a recipe by Chef Jeet Bisht.

1 cup of dates 1 cup of mixed nuts, seeds and berries 1/2 cup of raisins 1/4 cup of roasted til 1/4 cup of poppy seeds A pinch of salt 2 tbsp of honey

First, remove the seeds from the dates and add it to a blender with mixed nuts and berries.

Then, add roasted til. poppy seeds, raisins and a pinch of salt and blend everything to make a coarse powder.

Add honey to this coarse mixture and blend again.

Shape the laddus with your hands.
