This wholesome soup has broccoli which is packed in Vitamin C and helps build the immunity. And almonds balance your cholesterol levels.

First take 2 cups of water and add 1/2 cup of broccoli stalks to it. Cook this for 5 min.

Next, add 1 cup of broccoli florets, chopped onion, garlic, salt and mix this well.

Let it cool for awhile and then blend this with a hand blender.

Transfer this prepared broccoli mixture into the same vessel and add 1/2 cup milk.

Cook this mixture for 2 min on medium flame and keep mixing this.
