Recipe: Make Persian Crispy Rice, Tahdig Easily At Home In No Time

It is a crispy, golden crust that forms at the bottom of a pot of rice.

Basmati rice, vegetable oil, yogurt, salt, Saffron. 

Ingredients

Rinse and soak rice in water for about 2 hrs.

Put some oil in a pan and place parboiled rice at the bottom.

Mix saffron with 2 tablespoons of hot water and yogurt. And add it to the rice.
