Start by boiling some water with tea leaves, crushed cardamom pods, fennel seeds and grated ginger.

Now, add milk and boil the tea.

Add chia seeds to the tea and keep aside for some time.

Now, assemble the pudding by takign a small glass and adding crushed biscuit to it.
