Recipe: Easiest Recipe To Make Shahi Paneer Quickly At Home

Ingredients: Butter, cardamom, cinnamon, black cardamom, cloves, onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, shahi jeera, bay leaf, turmeric, red chilli powder, cream, paneer and garam masala.

Take butter in a pan, and add cardamom, cinnamon, black cardamom and cloves.

Now, add onion, garlic, ginger and tomato in the pan with water and salt. Saute for 20 mins or till it turns soft.

Once it cools down, transfer it to a blender, make a paste and strain it.

Now take a pan and add butter, Shahi Jeera, bay leaf, turmeric and chilli powder and saute the spices.

Add the paste with cream and mix everything.

Now, add paneer pieces in the gravy and let it simmer for some time.
