Take jowar, bajra, rice, chana dal, moong dal, urad dal, coriander seeds and green moong and heat in a pan for 10 to 15 minutes.

Once the grains are roasted, turn off the heat and let it cool.

You can make this flour in bulk and then use it to make thalipeeth.

Start by taking the thalipeeth flour and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ajwain, cumin seeds, coriander powder, onion, salt, garlic-green chilli paste and coriander leaves in it.

Knead the mix into a dough and start rolling out the dough on a wet cloth.

Now, heat up a pan and start cooking thalipeeth on both sides.
