Marshmallow is a soft and sugary confectionery.

Gelatine, Cold Water, Sugar, Light Corn Syrup, Water, Vanilla, Icing Or Confectioners Sugar and Cornstarch Or Cornflour.

Start by mixing gelatine with water. Then, start greasing a baking tray.

Now sprinkle half of the icing sugar on the tray.

Take a deep saucepan, grease it and start by adding sugar, corn syrup and water. Stir till the sugar dissolves, cook it on low heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

As soon as the consistency starts to harden, drop the syrup into cold water and check its firmness.

Take it off from heat and pour over gelatine, while beating the mixture until it gets a fluffy and light texture.

Now, add vanilla extract to the mixture and pour it on the tray.
Your marshmallow is ready to relish!
