Ingredients: Idli batter, oil, curry leaves, asafoetida, mustard seeds, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.

Take the steamer with water and heat it.

Then grease the mini idli moulds and pour the idli batter in them.

Steam these idlis for approx 20 mins.

Now let these moulds cool and remove the idlis.

Heat some oil in a pan and add curry leaves, asafoetida, curry leaves and mustard seeds.

Once the seeds splutter, add onion, green chillies and turmeric powder and saute.

Now add idlis, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice and mix together.
