Ingredients

Lal Math (Red Amaranth), Onions, Green Chilies, Garlic, Grated Fresh Coconut, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Hing, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Oil.

Step 1

Wash lal math leaves and clean it thoroughly with water and chop it.

Step 2

Now, take a pan with oil and add mustard and cumin seeds followed by hing and garlic.

Now, chop onions and add it to the pan.

Add green chillies and red chilli powder to the pan and stir it.

Then, add salt to the pan followed by lal math leaves.

Finally, add grated fresh coconut to the pan.

Cook lal math for another 2-3 minutes and serve it with hot bhakris!
