Lal Math (Red Amaranth), Onions, Green Chilies, Garlic, Grated Fresh Coconut, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Hing, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Oil.

Wash lal math leaves and clean it thoroughly with water and chop it.

Now, take a pan with oil and add mustard and cumin seeds followed by hing and garlic.
