Paneer pakoras are super easy to make and the right choice for some quick snack cravings.
400gm Paneer (cut into pieces as desired) Turmeric powder Salt Chilli powder Chaat masala powder
1 cup Besan 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1 -2 tsp Rice powder Water Oil
1. Marinate Paneer with turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt for 10 minutes. 2. Mix besan, baking soda, rice powder and water in a bowl to make a consistent paste.
3. Now dip these pieces of paneer into the batter and coat them well.
4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. 5. Keep the flame medium and add these pieces slowly into the oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney!
You can also take two pieces of paneer, apply a layer of mint chutney in between and then dip it into the batter.
